Do you accept telephone orders?
Yes we do! You can either call us or send us a SMS to +880 1706 509272 during the office time 9AM to 9PM. When you are about to call us for a Telephone order, please keeping note the bellow information-
- Product ID: It’s just below the product title & above the product brand.
- Shipping Address: A details address where you want to get the item to be delivered.
In other case you can place order from us anytime at your preferred time around the clock 24/7 and 365 days in a year.
When will I get my order?
Delivery timeframes depend on where you want the item to be delivered.
Inside Dhaka
We deliver across the Dhaka city mostly on Next Day. If your order is over BDT 10,000 in value and less than 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be free. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout, an estimated delivery date is provided when you checkout. Most orders for the in Dhaka are delivered on next day, Saturday through Thursday. In exceptional cases it can take up to 2 to 3 working days or more in that case we will update by email.
Outside Dhaka/ Whole Bangladesh
We deliver all major cities across the country via different courier services, an estimated delivery date is provided when you checkout. Most national orders are delivered in 2 to 5 business days. In exceptional cases, it can take more time but don’t worry we will keep you posted time to time to give the best possible schedule time to deliver the item.
Note: Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatched on the same day (if the order placed the order and get confirmed before 5 PM). If an order is placed after 5 pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day.
I’ve made a mistake; can I change or cancel my order?

Can I cancel an order after I’ve paid?

If your order has already been dispatched out you may need to wait for it to arrive and then either you can request the courier guy or let us know we will advise what to do. If the item got delivered please get in touch so that we can process it as a return, if the item is delivered then you will have to bear the return shipping charge.

Do you accept Cash on delivery?
Yes we do! You can make an order and select the payment method as “Cash on Delivery” and pay while you are receiving the item at your door step or designated courier office.
But we always prefer online payment to make the process faster and easy. We also do provide extra “Plus Points” for all payments done online or we do provide less shipping cost for that. It’s easy to get yourself a mobile banking wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), credit card, debit card, or even a pre-paid credit card. Combine with a PayPal account for more fun.
Do you accept payment on pick up?
If you’re absolutely convinced that the only way forward is cash and have chosen to pick up your order from our Tradesofic.com office, we accept cash (Taka) on pick up but you will need to contact us prior to the pick-up schedule to avoid any delay. Which currencies can I pay in?
We currently accept payment in Bangladeshi Taka but very soon we will able to accept payments in USD (United States Dollars). We expect to accept a whole range more in the near future!
Which payment types do you accept?
You can pay for your order using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Online Bank Transfer, Cash or Delivery, Condition Delivery, Credit Cards, Debit Cards or PayPal.
We currently accept the following cards for all banks of Bangladesh:

- Unfortunately we do not accept payment from unverified PayPal accounts or cheques at this time.
Do you accept PayPal?
Currently this feature is under process. Very soon we will be able to accept PayPal payments on our site.
Can I pay in monthly installments?
Currently, we are unable to enable this feature but in near future, you will get it if you have a Credit Card from designated banks in Bangladesh.

Do you charge for delivery- What’s the charge?
Yes we charge for the shipping charge but it depends on where you want the item to be delivered and the amount of your single order. If your order is over BDT 10,000 in value and less than 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be free of cost.
Dhaka City
We deliver across the Dhaka city mostly on Next Day. If your order is over BDT 10,000 in value and less than 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be free of cost. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.
Nationwide
We work with different courier companies to deliver orders to nationwide. If you’re checking out for delivery outside of Dhaka it will cost you BDT 100 to 150 Taka for most of the items, in exceptional cases we provide a shipping estimate on checkout.
How do deliveries work?
We deliver across the Dhaka City by SteadFast or PaperFly Courier and nationwide by PaperFly or Sundarban Courier or SA Paribahan or with SteadFast courier service!
Deliveries work differently depending on where you want the item to be delivered and we help to get the faster delivery.
Dhaka City
We deliver across the Dhaka City by SteadFast most of the time and for few cased we do use PaperFly courier and in general delivery done within 24-72 hours. If your order is over BDT 10,000 in value and less than 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be free of cost. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.
Tradesofic.com Office Pickup
If you order any product and want to pick up from our office, then you can do that but we request you to call our Hotline- (+880) 1706-509272 to confirm the stock. Once we confirm you can pick up your order from Tradesofic.com’s offices between 10 AM to 7 PM, everyday.
Can I pick up my items?

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

What is Tradesofic.com’s Returns Policy?
We wish you every purchase with a good experience with the right product. Even though if there is any manufacturing fault or if the delivered product is wrong we are offering an exchange or return facility. To claim a return or exchange you must need to take an unboxing video. Without unboxing the video we will not accept the return or exchange request.
Return, Exchange, Refund or Warranty won’t be applicable for the bellow conditions-
- Physical Damage or burn items
- All kinds of Digital products and softwares
- Clearance sell items
- If the intact seal is torn or damaged
- Undergarments items
- Any accessories or charger or adapter
- Any kinds of gift items which is not paid
- If the product has any scratches
- If the item is not in resellable conditions
- If the item is not including all the accessories, papers, and other things that were delivered
- If any 3rd party app or software or device is not compatible

You must need to return all the boxes, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, gift items with the proper box and without putting any sticky tape on the product. You need to bring the item to our office or send it by courier to our office address and you need to pay the courier charge while sending the package to us.
After receiving the product we will check and let you know the status. If a refund is required it will be done within 72 hours of receiving the items.
If there is any fault of the product, we will bear the courier charge as inside Dhaka 50 Tk and outside Dhaka 100 Taka if there is any additional charges customer needs to bear that. If the product is OK but the customer still wants to return and get a refund in that case all the necessary Payment processing fee and delivery charges will be bear by the customer.
If the customer receives any discount or cashback or gift it should be taken back and refund.
What is Tradesofic.com’s Warranty Policy?
We are in TRADESOFIC.COM offering all Genuine Products. Many of the product comes with brand warranty and some don’t. If there is any warranty for any particular product, it shall be clearly written on the website or on the invoice or there may have a separate warranty card for the different time periods. Please bear in mind that the replacement warranty will be only available once for a particular product and during the period if the product got the same or other issues from second incidents it will cover as a service warranty. In a simple way- The replacement warranty is valid at one time only. We are unable to replace it more than one time.
Here is the simple and easy way to get a replacement, if there is an issue such as-
- Manufacturing fault
- OS related fault but NOT for any Apps
- If there is no power due to a device issue (No warranty for any kinds of accessories. Such as Remote, Keyboard, Light, Battery Etc.)
- If the product is restarting or not running even 60% of its performance.
In general, if there is any product sold with a Replacement warranty, It means you will get a new product after inspection and if it qualifies. There is much reason, it may get rejected or not eligible to get a replacement. Here are a few reasons for your kind reference-
- If there is any physical damage
- If there is any burn or similar
- If the product is not with the original software or warranty void stickers
- If the product is used abnormally or in such an environment it is not supposed to be.
- If there is any item replaced once, their wont be any warranty for the replaced items.
If there is such an environment that we don’t have enough product to give a quick replacement, it may take a little longer time to get the product as a replacement. If we don’t get the product and if there is no chance to get it in the near future, we may offer a service warranty instead.
What you should do if have a problem with your product?
If you experience a problem with your product inside the first 7 days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement upon QC checking and approval.
Should you experience a problem with your product after 7 days and prior to 365 days having elapsed after your purchase, please drop us a line with as much detail as possible and we will provide you with information on how you can make a claim.
Once you’ve received a confirmation from us please package your product carefully and ship it out to the address provided to you via email. Please note that you will have to bear the both way shipping charge (sending and receiving the shipment).
Once Tradesofic.com receives your product, we will inspect the item and carry out an assessment and will endeavour to find and repair the fault in question as quickly as possible. Most repairs take up to 14 working days and may take longer should parts not be available or due to other unforeseen delays. Our timeframes do not including shipping times.
If Tradesofic.com is unable to repair your product, you may be offered a full or partial refund of the item value upon approval of our QC department.

Which items cannot be returned?
Tradesofic.com has a 7 day easy return policy for most items, however specific return periods may apply for certain types of items, while certain items are not returnable unless there is a problem with their quality. Unfortunately, unless they are faulty or not as described, color or size mismatched, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange on the following item categories:
- Games & Software Products
- Gift/Scratch Cards
- Consumables
- Clearance & Warehouse Deals
- Items on Sale

- Imported items unless written
